1. Cooling-Off Period (Online Orders)

You may return your order within 7 days of delivery:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return shipping is at your cost
  • Refund processed after inspection

2. Defective Products

If your product is defective within 6 months:

You may choose:

  • Repair
  • Replacement
  • Full refund

We cover all return costs.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Report within 7 business days if:

  • Item is damaged
  • Wrong item received

We will arrange collection and replacement/refund.

4. Change of Mind

We accept returns if:

  • Item is unused and in original packaging

    Please note:

    • Return shipping applies
    • Restocking fee may apply
    • Requested within 7 business days

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

We may refuse returns if:

  • Item has been used extensively
  • Item is damaged or modified
  • Parts or packaging are missing

6. Batteries & Components

  • Batteries may have separate warranties
  • Normal wear is not considered a defect

7. Refunds

  • Processed within 7–14 business days
  • Issued via original payment method

8. Returns Process

  4. Inspection
  5. Refund/replacement issued
